Can you take over a system somebody else installed?
Usually yes. We will look at what is there, tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or replacing, and take on the servicing if it is sound.
Will I be able to view the cameras on my phone?
Yes — we set up remote viewing as part of the install and show you how to use it before we leave.
Do I need to think about privacy law with CCTV?
If your cameras capture anything beyond your own boundary, or you are a business recording staff or customers, then data-protection rules apply. We will point out where cameras are likely to raise that and site them sensibly, but the legal responsibility for the system sits with you as the operator.
