Do you handle building control and planning?
We will tell you at survey stage what your job is likely to need, and we work to whatever building control require. Formal planning applications are usually made by you or your architect; we can work alongside them.
Will one team do the whole job?
Yes. Electrical, plumbing and the building work are all ours, so there is one point of contact and one company accountable for the finish.
How disruptive is a fit-out to a working business?
We plan around your trading hours where we can, including evening and weekend work, and we agree the sequence with you up front so you know which areas are out of use and when.
