Do you fit or service boilers?
No. Work on gas appliances legally requires Gas Safe registration, and Dawsons is not registered, so we do not touch boilers or any other gas appliance. We do cover everything on the wet side of the system — radiators, pipework, cylinders, valves and controls — and we will tell you plainly when a job needs a Gas Safe engineer.
I have a leak — how quickly can you get here?
Leaks are treated as an emergency and we run 24/7 cover for them. Call 01226 882420 rather than using the form so we can get someone moving straight away.
Can you do a full bathroom, including the electrics and tiling?
Yes — that is exactly the sort of job that suits us. Plumbing, electrics for lighting and extraction, plastering and tiling are all in-house, so one team sees it through from strip-out to finish.
